Job Description

The Workday HRIS Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our client's Human Resource Information System (HRIS) platform, specifically focusing on Workday. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage system configurations, support end-users, and ensure data integrity within the system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS, with specific expertise in Workday, and a passion for driving process improvements and enhancing HR technologies.

Responsibilities
  • System Maintenance & Support: Maintain and support the Workday HRIS platform, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Configuration & Implementation: Assist in the configuration, implementation, and enhancement of Workday modules, focusing on HR, payroll, and benefits.
  • Data Management: Manage and oversee the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the Workday system, including data entry, auditing, and reporting.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and generate complex reports and dashboards using Workday’s reporting tools to meet organizational needs.
  • User Training & Support: Provide training and technical support to HR staff and other end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the Workday system.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, recommending and implementing changes.
  • Compliance: Ensure the HRIS complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, particularly concerning data privacy and security.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HRIS, specifically with Workday. Experience in implementing and maintaining Workday modules is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Workday configuration, reporting, and data management. Proficiency in HR processes and practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
