- System Configuration and Maintenance: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday HCM system to meet organizational needs.
- User Support and Training: Provide expert-level support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- Security Management: Manage security roles and permissions within Workday, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workday Administrator, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
