Tier2Tek Staffing, on behalf of our client in the renewable energy industry, is looking for a Sr. IT Analyst for a direct hire position. This role involves analyzing, optimizing, and supporting IT systems to enhance operational performance and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, expertise in data analysis, and experience in managing IT projects within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve IT systems, processes, and infrastructure to support business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective IT solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system security and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop, document, and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and software, providing training and technical assistance as needed.
  • Conduct data analysis to drive insights and support strategic decision-making within the renewable energy sector.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy industry systems or a similar industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in IT project management and experience with relevant software tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
