- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Architect, design, and develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Build and optimize backend systems using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies to support seamless and secure functionality.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate integration with internal and third-party systems.
- Perform code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement best practices to maintain high code quality.
- Implement and maintain robust testing frameworks to ensure application reliability and scalability.
- Integrate applications with cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to leverage scalable infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to system operations.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and web security standards, especially given the sensitivity of healthcare data.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive successful project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Expertise in front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of web security best practices.
