Tier2Tek Staffing is hiring a Senior Process Manager (IT) for our client in Denver, CO. This role focuses on managing and optimizing IT-related processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, IT systems management, and cross-functional collaboration within the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize IT processes to support business operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
- Oversee IT project execution, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Monitor process performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT process management or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading successful initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in IT systems and tools commonly used in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
