Lead and mentor a team of desktop support technicians, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.

Manage escalated support issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems across various environments (Windows/macOS).

Oversee the imaging and deployment of new hardware and system updates.

Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and technical knowledge base articles.

Collaborate with IT leadership to develop support strategies and implement best practices.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and ITIL standards.

Support AV/VC systems, mobile devices, and remote access tools.

Manage inventory and procurement of end-user devices and peripherals.

5+ years of hands-on desktop support experience with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.

Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, MDM tools (e.g., Intune or JAMF), and Office 365.

Familiarity with networking fundamentals, VPNs, and remote access solutions.

Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities; able to coach and guide junior team members.

IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
