We are searching for a hardworking and detail-oriented Party Chief/Rodman to join our land surveying team in Fort Myers, FL. This role is critical for gathering accurate field data and measurements to support successful project planning and execution. Responsibilities
  • Use GPS and other surveying tools to collect precise land measurements and data.
  • Create clear and accurate field notes and sketches to document site conditions.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure the accuracy of collected data.
  • Effectively manage daily tasks and field operations to meet project deadlines.
  • Safely operate company vehicles while adhering to traffic and safety rules.
  • Provide support to the surveying team by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • At least six months of experience operating surveying instruments and handling data.
  • Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and traverse uneven terrain.
  • Comfortable working extended hours in the field when required.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage field operations autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
