Our client is seeking a dedicated Field Survey Technician to join their team in Orlando, Florida. This role involves conducting land surveys and gathering precise measurements using advanced GPS and surveying instruments. Responsibilities
- Collect field data using GPS and various surveying instruments.
- Create accurate field notes and sketches.
- Collaborate with other departments using advanced technology.
- Prioritize and manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Safely operate a company-provided vehicle in compliance with all laws.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience with surveying instruments and data processing.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains.
- Ability to work independently as a single crew member.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo a drug test.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
