- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients needing technical support on financial software products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Document client issues and resolutions within the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Provide guidance to clients on best practices for using the software effectively.
- Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on product updates and industry changes.
- Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the product team.
- Assist with testing and quality assurance during new product releases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support or technical support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of financial systems or fintech platforms is a plus.
- Experience using ticketing systems (such as Zendesk, Jira, or Salesforce Service Cloud).
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
