Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients needing technical support on financial software products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Document client issues and resolutions within the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Provide guidance to clients on best practices for using the software effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on product updates and industry changes.
  • Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the product team.
  • Assist with testing and quality assurance during new product releases.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support or technical support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial systems or fintech platforms is a plus.
  • Experience using ticketing systems (such as Zendesk, Jira, or Salesforce Service Cloud).
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
