Description

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Party Chief/Rodman to join our land surveying team in Orlando, FL. This field-based role is integral to providing accurate data and measurements for project planning and development. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving challenges, and contributing to impactful projects, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities
  • Perform field surveys using GPS and other advanced surveying equipment.
  • Accurately document site details through comprehensive field notes and sketches.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Organize daily fieldwork to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
  • Safely operate company vehicles while following traffic and safety guidelines.
  • Support team operations by assisting with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • At least six months of experience with surveying instruments and data collection.
  • Physical ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions and on various terrains.
  • Willingness to commit to extended field assignments when necessary.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-focused with a commitment to producing precise results.
