We are seeking a reliable and detail-driven Party Chief/Rodman to join our professional land surveying team in North Tampa (Land O' Lakes), FL. This field-based role involves gathering precise land measurements to support accurate project planning and execution. The ideal candidate is an adaptable problem-solver with a strong work ethic and the ability to operate independently in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct accurate field data collection using GPS and other surveying instruments.
  • Prepare detailed field notes and sketches that accurately reflect site conditions.
  • Utilize modern tools and technology to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Organize and manage daily tasks to ensure efficiency and precision in the field.
  • Safely operate company vehicles while adhering to all local traffic laws and safety standards.
  • Support the surveying team by taking on additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Minimum of six months of experience with surveying instruments and data processing.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and navigate different terrains.
  • Willingness to work extended hours in the field when necessary.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as a field crew member.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
