We are hiring a Network Engineer for our client in the financial services industry. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network infrastructures to support critical financial operations. Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and manage high-performance network systems to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Configure and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Implement and enforce network security protocols to protect sensitive financial data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
  • Perform regular system audits and maintain detailed network documentation.
  • Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment.
  • Proficiency in network security tools and concepts, including VPNs, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
