This role focuses on managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and aligning information systems with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in IT systems management, and experience in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of information systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals to deliver efficient technical support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and meet business IT needs.
- Ensure the security and compliance of all IT systems and data.
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades and improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT systems management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems integration, and data management.
- Familiarity with IT needs and challenges specific to the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in compliance standards and security protocols.
- Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
