- Lead and manage the IT Security Incident Response team, providing direction and support to ensure effective handling of security incidents.
- Develop, implement, and maintain incident response protocols and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve security breaches, minimizing impact on operations.
- Conduct post-incident analyses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies, adjusting strategies as necessary to protect organizational assets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as PCI-DSS, SOX, and GDPR.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing incident response.
