This is an exciting opportunity to join a Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting a range of dynamic clients. In this role, you will be responsible for field support, remote troubleshooting, and high-level help desk functions. You'll work with a team of passionate IT experts who take pride in delivering top-notch support to businesses across Denver. We are looking for a motivated, customer-service-oriented professional who can thrive both independently and in a team-focused environment.

Provide onsite and remote Tier 2 technical support to clients across various industries.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.

Manage and support Windows-based systems, Office 365 environments, and various cloud platforms.

Handle escalations from Level 1 support staff efficiently and thoroughly.

Perform onsite installations, upgrades, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

Maintain clear, detailed documentation of support issues and solutions in ticketing systems.

Assist with project-based work such as migrations, system upgrades, and new client onboarding.

Educate and guide users on best practices to avoid recurring technical issues.

Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues and larger projects.

2-4 years of IT support experience, preferably within an MSP environment.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Familiarity with networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.

Experience with backup solutions, remote monitoring tools, and cybersecurity best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Relevant certifications are a plus (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certifications, etc.).

Reliable transportation for onsite client visits around Denver (mileage reimbursement provided).
