Tier2Tek Staffing is hiring for a direct-hire IT Support Analyst position in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our client's IT systems, ensuring seamless operations. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and provide on-site and remote technical support.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware components, software applications, and system updates.
  • Manage and monitor IT support ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system performance and implement new technologies.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for IT systems and processes.
  • Provide end-user training and support for software and hardware systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or related roles.
  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.) and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
