Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end users for hardware, software, and networking issues.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and related systems.

Maintain and troubleshoot workstations, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.

Monitor system performance and respond to alerts to maintain uptime and reliability.

Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new hardware and software.

Document technical processes, support issues, and resolutions in the service desk system.

Support cybersecurity best practices and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Collaborate with vendors and service providers as needed to resolve issues.

Participate in IT projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in an IT support or IT administration role.

Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.

Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications are a plus.

Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and best practices is an advantage.
