Tier2Tek Staffing is partnering with a leading healthcare technology company to hire a talented Full Stack Developer. This is a direct hire opportunity to join a dynamic team that develops innovative software solutions to improve patient care and operational efficiency in the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development. They will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications that meet user needs and industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and QA specialists.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of applications by implementing best practices.
  • Debug and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and trends in web development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong back-end development skills with experience in Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar.
  • Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of version control systems, especially Git.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-related technologies.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and security standards.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
