Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level AutoCAD Drafter to join their team in Houston, TX. The Entry-Level AutoCAD Drafter will be responsible for transforming rough product designs into precise working documents using AutoCAD software. Working Conditions
This role requires a five-day workweek, with employees working on-site at the Houston office from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Create detailed drawings for construction projects, including foundations, buildings, and structures.
  • Use AutoCAD software to produce designs, charts, and other technical documents.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to interpret and explain technical drawings.
  • Review and analyze sketches, drawings, specifications, and other data to ensure compliance with survey and design requirements.
  • Identify potential issues and propose solutions to the appropriate team members.
  • Perform other drafting-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Exposure to AutoCAD software is required; certification from an accredited CAD program is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
