- Lead and oversee IT administrative services, including enterprise applications, system administration, and process automation.
- Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Manage and support enterprise systems such as ERP, HRIS, CRM, and financial applications.
- Collaborate with senior management to align technology with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Supervise IT teams, including system administrators, analysts, and support staff.
- Evaluate and implement new technology solutions to improve administrative workflows.
- Ensure IT security, compliance, and risk management best practices are followed.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and software licensing agreements.
- Oversee IT budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
- Provide leadership in IT service management, ensuring high levels of availability and performance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience with enterprise applications (ERP, HRIS, CRM, financial systems).
- Expertise in process automation, workflow optimization, and administrative technology solutions.
- Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and risk management best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working with vendors and negotiating contracts.
- IT certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus.
