- Provide Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and software deployments.
- Support Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, VPNs, and other enterprise applications.
- Manage and maintain IT asset inventory, ensuring proper tracking and documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary.
- Support IT security initiatives, including endpoint protection and user access management.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and security protocols.
- Assist with IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in desktop support, IT helpdesk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and basic networking principles.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar are a plus.
