As a Data Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient data flows between critical business applications and platforms. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions between internal and external systems.

  • Create and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient data flow.

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather data integration requirements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Maintain data mapping documentation, integration architecture diagrams, and data dictionaries.

  • Work with APIs, web services, and other data exchange methods to support integrations.

  • Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance throughout all integration processes.

  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and other project initiatives involving data exchange.

  • Monitor data integration workflows and provide ongoing support and optimization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or data engineering.

  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, SSIS, Boomi, etc.).

  • Proficient in SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.

  • Knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, and web services integration.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related data services is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with data privacy regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
