Tier2Tek Staffing is hiring a Data Analyst on behalf of our client, a leading organization in the retail industry. This is a direct-hire opportunity for a skilled professional who can leverage data-driven insights to improve business decisions and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret business requirements for analytics.
  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and preparation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Support business decision-making through statistical analyses, forecasts, and predictive modeling.
  • Assist in automating reporting processes to streamline workflows.
  • Identify KPIs and create performance tracking methods for business operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and experience with tools like Python or R is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to share findings with technical and non-technical teams.
