- Design, deploy, and optimize Cisco wireless network infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain wireless controllers, access points, and network security settings.
- Conduct wireless site surveys and troubleshoot RF performance issues.
- Implement and manage network security policies, including authentication and encryption.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues proactively.
- Support enterprise wireless LAN solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance wireless network efficiency and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest wireless networking trends and Cisco technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Cisco Certified (CCNP Wireless, CCIE Wireless, or equivalent) required.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco wireless networking.
- Strong knowledge of WLAN technologies, RF principles, and security protocols.
- Experience with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and Cisco Prime Infrastructure.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and performance monitoring solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
