As a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, the Business Analyst – IT will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements to support IT initiatives and digital transformation efforts. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in interpreting business processes into actionable technical requirements. Collaborate with business units and IT teams to gather and document functional and technical requirements.

Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.

Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and process flows.

Support project managers with project planning, tracking, and reporting.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with key stakeholders.

Assist in QA testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Serve as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical developers.

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or technology environments.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in the renewable energy or utilities sector is a plus, but not required.
